Information is stored physically or electronically at Level 37, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, or with contracted agencies assisting with stated purposes.

Information may be held offshore in jurisdictions including the United States and Australia. The company only provides information to agencies subject to the Privacy Act or comparable privacy protections. Specific storage location details are available upon request.

Titles on the first release have been issued, purchasers can start the design and building consent process. Once your plans are approved by the design committee, and council consent granted, construction of your dream home can begin.

The Sale and Purchase Agreement forms the entirety of the agreement between the vendor and purchaser, and sets out all details of the property purchased.
